Terms and conditions for advertising bookings
Provider and contracting party: Vivere in Italien, Bastian Glumm (see imprint). These terms apply to booking advertising space (header leaderboard) on vivereinitalien.de by businesses. Consumers are excluded.
1. Subject of the contract
One advertisement runs in the header leaderboard (728x90 pixels) for a fixed term of 30 days from the chosen start date. One ad per booking, no automatic renewal.
2. Conclusion of contract
By submitting the form and pressing the button „Book with obligation to pay" the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment and our confirmation by email. We may reject bookings; in that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
The price is EUR 250.00 net plus 19% VAT (EUR 297.50 gross) per booking (30 days). Payment is made in advance via the payment provider Mollie. The ad goes live only after payment and approval.
4. Banner creation and approval
After payment we create three AI banner drafts; the customer picks one. Publication is subject to our editorial approval. We may reject ads that are unlawful, misleading or incompatible with the brand environment.
5. Customer obligations
The customer warrants that supplied content does not infringe third-party rights and indemnifies us against third-party claims arising from the ad.
6. Term
The ad runs for 30 days from the confirmed start date and ends automatically. No automatic renewal.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous delivery but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.
8. No right of withdrawal
Booking is exclusively by businesses. There is no consumer right of withdrawal.
9. Data protection
Processing of personal data follows our privacy policy. For payment, data is transmitted to Mollie B.V. (Netherlands).
10. Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the contract remains otherwise effective.
