What began as a charming idea in northern Italy is evolving into an internationally successful concept: the food-and-beverage startup Sprizzer has generated over one million euros in revenue in less than a year, with a product that is as simple as it is brilliant: a power-free, patented spritz dispenserthat reimagines the beloved aperitif.

The dispenser operates without electricity or refrigeration

What sets it apart: the mechanical dispenser requires no electricity or refrigeration, delivers up to 20 perfectly mixed glasses per fill, and looks great doing it. "Simple, clean, reliable, and above all stylish" is how the company describes its own solution for bars, events, and private enthusiasts. The Sprizzer works with three separate chambers for Prosecco, sparkling water, and bitter liqueur (e.g., Aperol or Campari). A single press of the lever pours a perfectly balanced spritz every time, always with consistent quality. Ideal for hospitality venues, garden parties, and trade fairs where efficiency is essential.

Made in Treviso, in demand in Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg

The device was developed in Treviso in 2024, with an eye for Italian design and the demands of the hospitality industry. The concept has been especially well received in major German cities: bars, caterers , and event agencies are increasingly turning to this fast, elegant solution. Distribution in Germany is currently being significantly expanded, with new colors such as orange as well as premium editions and accessories (e.g., carrying bags, drip pads) rounding out the lineup.

From drink to design object, and a business asset as well

Sprizzer has long been more than a bar tool. Companies are using the device as a high-quality branded incentive, a stylish promotional gift that makes an impression and stays top of mind.

Future plans: Germany in focus, the US on the horizon

While initial steps toward the US market are in the works, Sprizzer is focusing first on the German-speaking market. With a keen sense of modern aperitif culture and a product that replaces technology with design, the startup aims to establish a lasting presence in the market. Proof that great ideas can not only taste good, but also inspire lasting enthusiasm.
