While the first campgrounds have already welcomed their guests, many others are rolling out exciting new features, unique accommodations, and creative offerings. Anyone planning a vacation at Italy's largest lake this year can look forward to plenty of surprises .

Award-Winning Camping at Lago di Garda

A true highlight is La Rocca Camping Village, which was recognized at the prestigious PiNCAMP Awards 2025 as the best campground in the category "Rental Accommodation". The jury was particularly impressed by the innovative accommodation concept Garda Bubble, a combination of three transparent, interconnected rooms that offer an unforgettable view of Lago di Garda and seamlessly blend nature with comfort. But that was not the only accolade: at the Hospitality Digital Awards in Milan, La Rocca also received the award for "Best Direct Booking Strategy",a clear testament to modern, user-friendly guest management.

Campground Europa Silvella in San Felice del Benaco was also recognized in Milan, earning honors for "Best Online Reputation Management",an acknowledgment of its ongoing commitment to guest satisfaction and digital communication.

A Spring Start Filled with New Features and Comfort

The season got off to an early start: Du Parc in Lazise opened as early as March 7, followed by Le Palme on March 22 and Spiaggia d'Oro on March 28. The remaining 14 campgrounds are opening one by one, each bringing a fresh set of ideas.

Camping Bergamini in Peschiera del Garda is placing a strong emphasis on sustainability with its new Maxi Caravans Hydro. These accommodations are built from eco-friendly materials such as cork and wood, designed for energy efficiency, and feature a covered veranda with a private whirlpool, perfect for relaxing hours surrounded by nature. Everything is designed to be fully accessible, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests.

There have also been notable changes at Fornella Camping: the leisure concept has been completely revamped and expanded to include offerings such as horseback riding, as well as more wellness and fitness activities with a focus on nature. At the same time, 31 mobile homes and three tents have been replaced with newer, more comfortable models. Check-in and check-out have also been made more flexible, with daily arrivals possible depending on the accommodation category, except on Tuesdays.

A Camping Experience for the Whole Family

Those looking to unwind on vacation will find a peaceful retreat in the new Spa & Wellness Center at Le Palme Camping Village. Spiaggia d'Oro, meanwhile, wows guests with a spectacular new water slide and newly designed Mini Lago pitches that offer up to 650 square feet of space for tents or small vehicles.
