The group visits the majestic "Valley of the Temples" and the breathtaking "Scala dei Turchi," a white rock formation rising above the blue Mediterranean . On Monday, May 5, the group experiences the Feast of Sant'Angelo, the patron saint of Licata - a highlight of the trip! "Giorno dell'arancina" - the Day of the Arancini!
On Tuesday, May 6, everything revolves around a true Sicilian delicacy: the "Giorno dell'arancina" - the Day of the Arancini! These filled, crispy baked rice balls are a highlight of Sicilian cuisine. Under expert guidance, the group will be initiated into the secrets of this beloved specialty . Participants will have the opportunity to learn the traditional preparation techniques and shape and fill their own arancini. The evening then features a communal feast at which the homemade arancini are enjoyed together - a culinary experience that delights the taste buds and leaves behind unforgettable memories!
