For Vivere in Italien, an intensive trade fair seasonis getting under way. In October, the team will be at the TTG Travel Experience in Rimini, and in November at the BITESP in Venice. In February 2027, the journey continues to BTM Italia in Bari, followed in March by ITB Berlin and BMT in Naples. The Ecoluxury Fair in Rome also features on the agenda for November. Participation is subject to securing the required invitation, which is currently being arranged.
For the editorial team, these trade fairs represent an opportunity to see what is currently shaping the Italian tourism industry, to discover new topics for Vivere in Italien, and to meet in person the people behind hotels, tourism offerings, destinations, routes and services. There is, however, a further reason to be present. Vivere in Italien is developing not only as an editorial medium but also as a partner for businesses for which Italy represents both a market and a field of activity.
From interest in Italy to a concrete decision
Vivere in Italien is a digital special-interest medium devoted exclusively to Italy. Around 500 editorial articles covering travel, regions, mobility, food and drink, culture, and life in Italy have now been published on the platform. Several thousand readers are reached every day, and the content is available in 16 language versions . For potential partners, however, these figures alone are not the deciding factor. At least as important is the moment at which they encounter our readers through Vivere in Italien.
Those who visit Vivere in Italien do not need to be won over to Italy; the interest in the country is already there. Yet between the desire to travel to Italy and the concrete decision many questions remain open: which region? Where to stay? How to travel? What to experience? Which route to choose, and to whom should the organisation of the trip be entrusted? It is precisely in this space between interest and concrete decision that our content operates.
Why work with us?
For a tour operator offering Italy, readers who have already committed to the country but have not yet settled on a specific trip or provider are of particular interest. For a hotel , an even earlier moment may be decisive: namely when a traveller is still considering which city, coast or region should be the destination. And for a lesser-known destination, the task begins earlier still: first, the wish to travel to that specific place must be sparked.
For airlines, rail or ferry companies, the relevant point of contact arises when travellers decide how to reach Italy and how to move around the country. In the context of Luxury Travel, private villas, yachts, tailor-made travel or exclusive experiences, the priorities differ: less about maximum reach and more about the right target audience, and about making not just a product but the experience behind it visible. For this reason, the same collaboration model cannot work for everyone.
More than conventional advertising
At the trade fairs, the aim is not merely to discuss conventional advertising formats with potential partners. The far more interesting question is: which customers does a company wish to reach, on which markets is it active, and where does that target audience overlap with the readers of Vivere in Italien? On occasion, the answer may indeed be conventional advertising. In other cases, it may be editorial or thematic projects, the presentation of a destination, a new route or a tourism product, photo and video content, social media, or a longer-term partnership.
For international partners, an additional factor comes into play: the multilingual structure of Vivere in Italien makes it possible to communicate topics across individual markets. The German-speaking market holds particular significance in this regard. That is why the team does not attend B2B trade fairswith a one-size-fits-all package. The conversation is not about where a logo can be placed; it is about which customers a business wants to reach, on which market, and how Vivere in Italien can help to connect with those people.
Rimini: TTG Travel Experience in October
The first major stop is the TTG Travel Experience from 14 to 16 October 2026 at the Rimini Expo Centre. The fair is open exclusively to trade visitors and is one of the central B2B meeting points of the Italian tourism market.
For the editorial team, the TTG is an opportunity to discover new destinations, tourism products and developments that will shape the coming travel seasons. At the same time, the fair brings together precisely those companies and organisations for which direct dialogue is of particular interest to Vivere in Italien: destinations and tourism organisations, tour operators, the hotel industry, mobility providers, tourism service providers and international partners.

Rome: Ecoluxury Fair in November
On 12 and 13 November 2026, the Ecoluxury Fair will take place in Rome. The B2B event focuses on high-quality and sustainable tourism, bringing together stakeholders from Luxury Hospitality, travel agencies and specialised tourism services, among others.
The team aims to be represented there as well, though participation has not yet been confirmed. Access is currently being pursued through the required invitation.
Venice: BITESP in November
On 25 and 26 November 2026, Vivere in Italien will be attending the BITESP, Borsa Internazionale del Turismo e delle Esperienze in Venice.
The international B2B event focuses on experiential travel, incoming tourism, high-quality travel offerings, lifestyle experiences and tailor-made travel. This brings together many areas that are also of interest to the further development of Vivere in Italien.
Bari: BTM Italia in February
From 24 to 26 February 2027, the destination is the BTM Italia, Business Tourism Management at the Fiera del Levante in Bari. Southern Italy holds an important place in the editorial work of Vivere in Italien. At the same time, the BTM brings together national and international buyers, tourism companies, institutions and other key players in the industry.
Bari therefore means more to us than simply the next date in the trade fair calendar. It is an opportunity to meet companies, destinations and tourism projects from Apulia and the whole of southern Italy in person.
Berlin: ITB in March
From 16 to 18 March 2027, Vivere in Italien will be at the ITB Berlin. For Vivere in Italien, two essential aspects of our work converge directly: Italy as the exclusive thematic focus of our publication, and the German-speaking market, which is of great importance to many Italian destinations and tourism companies.
At the same time, the international scope of the ITB offers the opportunity to enter into conversation with partners who offer and market Italy well beyond the German market.
Naples: A Home Game at the BMT
In March 2027, Vivere in Italien will be at the BMT, Borsa Mediterranea del Turismo in Naples. For Vivere in Italien, the fair at the Mostra d'Oltremare is something of a home fixture.
With our base in Pozzuoli in Campania, we work directly within one of the most dynamically developing tourism regions of southern Italy. The BMT is therefore an editorial meeting point for us, an occasion to reconnect with existing contacts, and at the same time an important platform for expanding our network in Campania, across the Mezzogiorno and beyond.
Meet Us in Person
Rimini, Rome, Venice, Bari, Berlin and Naples: over the coming months there will be numerous opportunities to meet us not by e-mail or video call, but in person. If your company works with Italy, as a tour operator, hotel or resort, destination or tourism organisation, airline or transport company, mobility provider, luxury travel specialist, villa or yacht provider, tourism service provider, or in any other relevant segment, and you will also be represented at one of these events, please feel free to get in touch with us in advance.
We are interested in companies for whom the audience of Vivere in Italien could be commercially relevant, and where we in turn see the potential to develop strong content that resonates with our readers. Where our target audiences and business interests align, a personal introduction makes every sense.
